Kelly O’Hara is a CPA, Conscious CEO & Founder of UPLIFT Accounting, a San Diego based firm that helps purpose-driven business owners align their finances with their purpose through a holistic framework focused on: People, Planet, and Profit.

UPLIFT Accounting provides bookkeeping, contract CFO services, operations strategy, planning & support to help small businesses thrive. With more than 12 years experience as a CPA and running multimillion dollar companies, Kelly has found her sweet spot in educating small business owners on how simple, fun, and fulfilling it can be to implement a For Good business model that is financially prosperous and supports the causes that they are passionate about. 

The mission of UPLIFT Accounting is to elevate the consciousness of businesses and help them create greater positive impact by incorporating mindful resource consumption, regenerative systems, and conscious leadership practices to grow profitable businesses that benefit all stakeholders and the planet. 

UPLIFT Accounting donates three percent of their top line revenue each quarter to support people, planet, financial literacy, and the stakeholder capitalism movement. This includes donations to fight racism and white supremacy in the United States, end poverty in the poorest areas of the world, and reduce carbon emissions and plastic pollution. UPLIFT Accounting is Offset Alliance certified and is a member of 1% for the Planet, Leaders 20/20, and Business for Good San Diego.
